Im back to work today, had a lovely day off yesterday.

Its dull here, the promise of a sunny day is in no evidence, perhaps it will brighten up later.

Good morning, its cold and wet today, forecasted to rain all day, well im in work for the best part of the day, so not particularly bothered, tho i cant go for my 15min walk tonight, so will have to run up and down stairs at work in stead

Good morning everyone *waves*, its wet here again, but i have my weigh in tonight at Slimming World, feeling positive, done loads of walking this week, shall go tonight after work, i can see a difference, and feel it, and now getting comments at work about how much slimmer i look, so all good.

Im off to work in approx 25mins, so better go and say hi on FB.
